"'Detroit', Meet Detroit"

For anyone that has a “fear” or doubts of Detroit need to read this. This articulates what it’s like to love this city and have so many people try to play it off like it’s not there or not something they have a responsibility to. Sorry guys, we are the ones responsible to fix our city. We live here, we need to help and be active. It’s not about you and it’s not about me, it’s about the well-being, growth and success of our region. Get it together already and get moving!

Detroit: Back in style

This Chrysler 300 commercials gives me goosebumps each time I watch it (which, quite frankly, is often). I’m not sure if it’s the Jay-Z song, the gorgeous day occurring in my city when it was shot, or the fact that this commercial gets a lot of air time. Regardless, I’m obsessed!
